In order to start work you must fill out the forms below and return them to your Crew Coordinator. 

Please review the  documents section which will give more information about payroll, benefits and Bidell’s policies.

Forms

You are required to complete these forms to begin work.

WS New Hire Package Enclosed you will find your new hire paperwork.  All of these forms must be completed and returned to your crew coordinator in order for you to begin work.

Benefit Forms Enclosed you will find your benefits forms. Please complete these forms, return them to your crew coordinator and mail the originals to the Bidell Benefits team (address enclosed).  If you fail to return these forms you will not be enrolled into our benefits plan.

Employee Stock Savings Plan Enclosed you will find the paper enrollment form to register for this plan. Please complete these forms, return them to your crew coordinator and mail the originals to the Bidell Benefits team. Participation in this plan is optional.

WHMIS & TDG Please use these instructions to complete Bidell’s online WHMIS & TDG courses.  These courses are mandatory even if you have previously received the tickets from another company.

Common Safety Orientation (CSO) Click this link to complete the CSO online safety orientation program through Energy Safety Canada which is the standard general safety orientation for all workers in the petroleum industry.

Driver File Enclosed you will find your Drivers file forms. Please complete these forms and return to your crew coordinator.

Payroll Related Documents

Bidell’s payroll provider is ADP Workforce now. After your first day of work, you will receive an e-mail within your first month from Savanna containing instructions on how you can register online so that you can view your electronic pay statements.

Benefits Related Documents

Bidell’s group benefits carrier is Industrial Alliance Financial Group. For those covered by this plan, you can register with Industrial Alliance (“iA”) online to obtain an electronic copy of your benefits card and submit online claims. More information on how you can register online with iA will be given once you have started work at Savanna.
