For comprehensive life cycle support and expedited emergency repairs, Bidell maintains a robust inventory of OEM parts and lubricants across multiple strategic locations to cater to our customers’ diverse needs. Our inventory encompasses a wide range of parts compatible with various makes and models of engines and compressors, including but not limited to Caterpillar, Waukesha, Cummins, Ariel, Gemini, Sullair, and Kobelco.
Bidell’s engine and compressor exchange program is designed to minimize our customers’ downtime significantly. Our exchange engines span from 90 hp to 1480 hp, allowing us to swiftly restore operations within 3-4 days compared to the conventional 7-10 days required for a field overhaul. Leveraging the expertise of our trained and certified service technicians dispersed across Western Canada, Bidell ensures prompt and professional service delivery precisely where our customers require support, available round-the-clock throughout the week.
